What is a 4D model?
It is a project schedule linked to the 3D model.
In other words, it is a visual representation of your schedule.
You can view any building, floor or room at any stage of the construction process
to quickly check scheduling feasibility.

Identify scheduling conflicts more quickly
With a complex schedule of more than 200 lines that needs regular updating, maintaining an overview can be difficult.
A 4D model provides a graphical representation of any space at any
given moment. This allows you to visually check the interfaces between multiple trades immediately.
Introduce other project participants to a topic more quickly
For example, you might need to explain an issue with the construction sequence to your project partner quickly and clearly. However, meetings with your project partners are limited in time.
The 4D model helps you to visualise the problem immediately. This allows your partner to start looking for solutions straight away, without the need for additional clarification meetings.
What you get
A navigable 4D model that can be opened in a free 4D viewer or Unreal Engine, or rendered as an animation video.
What is required
1. Up-to-date 3D models
(e.g. architectural, MEP, plant engineering models, etc.)
2. Detailed project schedule
If the schedule is not detailed enough, I will be happy to help you
bring it up to the required level of detail.
What you get
A baselined detailed schedule (programme) delivered in your chosen format.
Updates and reporting
Weekly or monthly progress updates with target/actual comparisons and a clear delay register on request. Earned Value Analysis, KPI tracking (SPI, CPI, productivity).
Supplementary
A planning workshop involving the relevant stakeholders can be very helpful when it comes to defining the baseline schedule in complex projects. I can moderate the workshop for your project, gathering the necessary information from the stakeholders and trade partners to build or align the schedule.

Asta Powerproject, MS Project, Primavera P6. Switching to another scheduling environment is not an issue.

It’s hard to find a software product that can do everything. In reality, you often have to use several products at the same time. A common problem is the lack of working plugins for data transfer.
